Order Cancellation Policy
(Please Read Carefully)
Reserving a puppy is a time-sensitive decision. When you place a reservation, you’re holding a spot that could have gone to another family. Because a puppy’s chances of finding a forever home go down with time, cancellations affect both our team and the puppy’s wellbeing.
Here’s how cancellations work based on timing:
If You Cancel Within 72 Hours of Reservation
You’ll receive a refund minus a $499 cancellation fee (plus any applicable taxes and processing fees).
If You Cancel More Than 72 Hours After Reservation, But at Least 72 Hours Before Scheduled Travel
You’ll receive 50% of your total payment back, minus a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reservation total (minimum $499).
If You Cancel Within 72 Hours of Scheduled Travel or Refuse Delivery
No refund will be issued.
A $599 return transport fee will apply if the puppy must be returned.
How to Cancel Properly
To officially cancel, you must:
- Initiate cancellation by calling us at 260-600-2275 or sending a message to info@pupworld.com.
Refund Policy
At PupWorld, all payments and fees are final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our Order Cancellation Policy.
When Refunds Are Possible
- Partial refunds may be issued only if you cancel your reservation following the correct steps and within the allowed timeframes listed in our Order Cancellation Policy.
- No refunds are given within 72 hours of scheduled travel, during transport, or after delivery, regardless of whether the puppy has shipped.
- Refusing delivery is treated as a cancellation and qualifies as non-refundable. Additional fees may apply (see our Refusal of Delivery Policy for details).
Non-Refundable Situations
- All fees and payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our cancellation terms.
- We do not issue refunds for:
- Personal preferences or changes in circumstance.
- Post-delivery concerns not covered under our Health Guarantee.
- Puppies returned after attempted delivery or due to refusal.
Health Guarantee Note
Our Health Guarantee supports you in the event of a qualifying medical issue but does not entitle you to a refund. It may offer reimbursement for veterinary care depending on the situation.
Refund Processing Time
If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your bank statement.
Refusal of Delivery Policy
If you are unavailable, delay, or refuse delivery at the scheduled time, the following applies:
- No refund will be issued. The full reservation amount is retained as liquidated damages.
- $599 return transport fee will be charged.
- Interest of 1.5% will accrue every 21 days if the return fee is unpaid.
- The sale will be considered final, and delivery will be treated as complete.
- You may be held liable for veterinary costs if the puppy becomes ill or injured due to travel delays.
Refusing delivery is considered a final cancellation and triggers the full cancellation terms above.
Chargebacks
If You file a dispute with Your bank or credit card company to decline a charge, request a chargeback, or otherwise reverse the amount of any payment made to Pupworld for the reservation of a Puppy, we reserve our right to dispute any chargebacks and provide documentation of this Agreement to defend Pupworld. If You file a chargeback without justification or excellent cause, You could face accidental fraud or theft charges. The Company’s right to file a civil lawsuit includes but is not limited to the assertion of causes of action of fraud, conversion, and/or breach of contract. Requesting an intentionally false chargeback is considered a deliberate scam to defraud a merchant and theft by deceit; You could face penalties and jail time. We urge You to please get in touch with us by email at claims@pupworld.com or call 260-600-2275. before filing a dispute or chargeback.
Refusal of Delivery
Refusal of Delivery Policy
If you are not present at delivery, refuse the puppy, or delay accepting it, the following will apply:
- Delivery is considered complete.
Your reservation will be considered fulfilled. - No refunds will be given.
We do not offer refunds for refused deliveries. - Return transport fee applies.
You will be charged $599 plus taxes and fees immediately.
Interest of 1.5% compounded every 21 days will apply until paid. - Payments already made are non-refundable.
These will be kept by PupWorld as liquidated damages. - Refusal = Cancellation.
Your refusal will be treated as a cancellation, and you’ll owe a 100% cancellation fee based on your reservation value. - Refusal is harmful to the puppy.
Turning away the puppy may result in serious health risks, illness, or even death.
You may be held financially responsible for any damages or vet fees caused by this. - No further obligations.
After a refusal, both parties are released from all responsibilities under this agreement — except those that are meant to survive termination.
Pets Are Sold As IS
Health, size, and behavior are not guaranteed.
Puppies are living animals. Their behavior, size, appearance, and temperament can vary — even within the same breed.
Hypoallergenic traits are not guaranteed.
Even “hypoallergenic” breeds can produce dander and trigger allergies.
You’ve done your own research.
You’ve reviewed the breed and breeder information carefully and understand potential health issues or care needs.
PupWorld does not guarantee:
Current or future appearance, size, or weight
Breed compatibility or training ability
DNA test results
Privacy Policy
This policy explains PupWorld, LLC’s privacy practices for (www.www.pupworld.com) and
services provided by PupWorld, LLC, a website owned and operated by PupWorld, LLC. by visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy. Any external links to other websites are clearly identifiable as such, and we are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these other websites.
PupWorld, LLC complies with the US – EU Safe Harbor framework and the US – Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from European Union member countries and Switzerland. PupWorld, LLC adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access and enforcement. Information Collected or Received
PupWorld, LLC will not sell or disclose your name, email address or other personal
information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy. As a PupWorld, LLC member you are required to provide a valid email address at registration.
Depending on which services you choose to use, PupWorld, LLC may require additional information, such as your name, kennel name, billing and payment information (including billing address, telephone number, credit card information), a telephone number, and/or a physical postal address. PupWorld, LLC may require information such as your social security number or tax ID, date of birth, bank account information, credit card information and/or other proof of identification in order to verify your identity and provide this service to you. Credit card information on an account may be stored and used for both billing and payment purposes.
PupWorld, LLC may contact members to confidentially request more information about themselves or their kennel or pets listed on the site, to ensure compliance with our rules.
Your birthdate, gender, ethnicity will not be publicly displayed in connection to your
account and activity on the Site.
Your email address is publicly displayed and connected to your PupWorld, LLC activity.
Other people may see your date joined, feedback, ratings, profile information, pets listed for sale or for adoption, profile pages, sold listings, and personal reference comments.
PupWorld, LLC automatically receives and records some information from your browser when you visit the site, such as your IP address, cookies and data about which pages you visit on the site through the use of log files provided by our third-party tracking-utility partners. This information helps us analyze and understand how the site works for members and visitors, and provide a more personalized experience for members and visitors.
Some members or visitors may connect to or register a PupWorld, LLC account using an external third-party application, such as Facebook, Google, or Twitter. PupWorld, LLC may receive some data from those connected third-party applications.
Connecting your PupWorld, LLC account to third-party applications or services is optional, and when you connect your account to an external app, you will be given the opportunity to grant permission. PupWorld, LLC may receive or collect information (for example: email address) about a person who is not yet a registered PupWorld, LLC member (a “non-memberâ€) in connection with certain PupWorld, LLC features, including but not limited to: a non-member subscribing to an PupWorld, LLC newsletter, a member inviting a non-member to visit (insert website URL), or
a non-member engaging in a transaction.
Non-member information is used only for the purpose it was originally submitted to PupWorld, LLC. A non-member can contact PupWorld, LLC Support if they do not want PupWorld, LLC to retain their information. PupWorld, LLC uses the information described in this policy to provide and improve our services and products, for billing and payments, for identification and authentication purposes, to contact members or interested parties, and for general research and aggregate reporting. PupWorld, LLC uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. PupWorld, LLC’s Terms of Use require all account owners to be at least 18 years of age (or have the permission and supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian), therefore, this policy does not discuss use of our site or services by minors.
Choice & Control
At PupWorld, we respect your privacy and believe you should have control over your personal information. Here’s how you can manage what you share and how we communicate with you — even without a customer login:
? Editing or Removing Your Information
If you need to update or correct any personal information you’ve shared with us (such as your name, contact info, or delivery details), just contact us directly via our Message Center or call 260-600-2275.
Breeders and sellers may also request to update or replace certain public-facing information, like using a Kennel Name instead of a personal name for added privacy.
? Managing Communications from PupWorld
We may contact you about your reservation, puppy updates, or other essential service-related matters.
- Required messages (such as confirmations or travel updates) cannot be turned off.
- Optional messages (like promotional emails or newsletters) can be opted out of — just click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of those emails or let us know you’d prefer not to receive them.
? Third-Party App Connections
If you’ve interacted with PupWorld through a third-party platform (like Facebook or Instagram), and wish to limit data sharing, you can adjust the settings in that app to revoke permissions. Doing so will stop further sharing between that platform and PupWorld.

PupWorld, LLC may occasionally contact you for various reasons. Here’s what to expect:
Email Is Our Primary Way to Reach You
- Every customer who has made a purchase with us must account must enter a valid email address to complete the purchase.
- Most communication will be sent by email.

PupWorld may offer a tool (like via Facebook) to help you invite friends or request references.

At PupWorld, your privacy matters to us. We don’t sell your personal information, and we only share it when it’s necessary to provide our services — or when we’re legally required to.
When You Buy or Sell on Pup World
To complete a transaction on PupWorld, certain information needs to be shared between the buyer and seller. This may include:
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Payment info
- Other necessary contact details
You may only use this information for the purpose of completing the PupWorld transaction or following up through PupWorld’s platform. You may not use this info for marketing or add another user to your mailing list without their explicit consent.

We sometimes work with trusted businesses to offer services or promotions. If you interact with these partners (for example, buy something they’re offering through PupWorld), we may share only the information needed to complete that transaction.
We may also share aggregated, non-personally identifiable info (like “200 users in Florida viewed this product”) to help improve services or marketing — but never in a way that identifies you.

We do not give advertisers your personal information.
We may, however, let them know broad facts — like how many users are in a zip code — to help them tailor their offerings. By using our site, you agree to this kind of anonymized information sharing.
