10 Year Congenital Warranty
This warranty protects your puppy against life-threatening congenital disorders when all eligibility requirements are met, including a veterinary exam within five days, ongoing veterinary care, and active pet insurance within 30 days of adoption. For the first three years, qualifying claims allow for a replacement puppy at no cost, and from years four through ten, you may receive partial reimbursement of veterinary expenses or a credit toward a new puppy. Special provisions also apply in the case of sudden, unexpected loss with proper documentation. Please note that non-life-threatening conditions, injuries, and neglect are not covered, and coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
