Picking up your puppy at our facility is always free of charge! Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find our address, or click the link on the map to route yourself here! Pick up must be done within 2 weeks of purchasing your puppy. Let us know when you can be here by emailing, calling, or texting us with the information at the bottom of the page.
Ground delivery
Delivery to a location near you from one of our trusted transportation partners. We will make arrangements to have your puppy delivered to your doorstep or a location of your choosing, ensuring they receive the utmost care while traveling.
Standard Air Travel
Your puppy will fly to your nearest airport in a safe, pressurized, temperature-controlled compartment. *This rate applies to most routes and standard-sized puppies. Please note that we are unable to offer standard air travel for snub-nosed (brachycephalic) breeds due to airline safety restrictions. Some puppies may also exceed the size limit for in-cabin or cargo travel and may not be eligible to fly. The total cost of flying your puppy will vary depending on their size, breed, and destination.
Airpanion Airport Delivery
Your puppy will fly to your nearest airport in the cabin with one of our trusted Airpanion chaperones. *This rate applies to most routes and standard-sized puppies. The same rules apply as with standard air travel—snub-nosed breeds cannot fly, some puppies may be too large to travel by air, and pricing depends on the puppy’s size and destination. The key difference with Airpanion Airport Delivery is that your puppy will be accompanied in the cabin by a dedicated chaperone for extra care and comfort throughout the journey.
